  • Represented a National developer of student housing to condo conversion in due diligence, acquisition and sale of hundreds of condo units throught the Southeast. Transactions totaling over $150,000,000 in 2 years. 

  • Negotiated leases and served as closing agent and title services for regional developer of grocery stores, cellular phone stores, and gas stations.

  • Represented the University of Mississippi as title and escrow agent for acquisition of local properties.

  • Title Agent for national developer of AT&T, Walgreens, Krystal, Starbucks, Enterprise Rent A Car, Mattress Firm, and other national restaurants and retail tenants.

  • Title and Escrow Agent in restructuring and sale of loan on a $8,000,000.00 HUD Apartment complex on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

  • Escrow Agent for Colorado based development company providing title services, confirmation of title and closing services related to a multiparty acquisition of a large block of land for redevelopment into a $50,000,000.00 mixed use project, including retail, professional office and residential components.

  • Representing a non profit hospital group with multiple properties throughout Mississippi in acquisitions and debt restructuring. 

  • Conducted over 5,000 commercial and residential loan closings and escrows.

  • Local counsel and escrow agent for national title company involved in closing of 7 pharmacies throughout the State.

  • Escrow Agent for regional developer of Walgreens in acquisition, lease negotiation and closing of multiple store portfolio.

  • Escrow Agent for developer of a 4 condominium projects in Oxford, MS, including all financing, construction and eventual sale of 600 units over a 4 year period.

  • Served as local counsel and escrow agent for multiple national retailers, department stores, and publicly traded companies in the purchase or liquidation of Mississippi real estate.

  • Escrow and closing agent in connection with the origination of a $43 million loan in connection with a shopping center development in North Mississippi.

  • Serving as title agent and closing services for a regional developer in multiple non-recourse CMBS and FNMA permanent financing deals with a collective balance of over $90,000,000.00 during a 2 year period.

  • Representation of a Florida based developer in the acquisition, development and financing of a multistate apartment portfolio, including corporate organization, title insurance, due diligence and leasing for over 400 annual tenants.
